Money-Back Guarantee

WarpNode offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new VPS, game server, and dedicated server services. If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of initial purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Service renewals and overdue invoices

• Domain name registrations and transfers

• Software licenses

• Third-party services or addons

• Cryptocurrency payments unless otherwise agreed

• Custom orders, configurations, or setup work

• Services terminated due to violation of our Terms or AUP

Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Submit a support ticket via your client area or email [email protected]

• Include your Order ID and reason for refund Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days. If the payment method is not refundable (e.g., crypto), WarpNode may offer an alternative at its discretion.

Pro-Rata and Partial Refunds

WarpNode does not issue pro-rata refunds. If you cancel a service after the 7-day period, no refund will be granted.

Disputes and Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension. We encourage all clients to communicate directly through support channels to resolve issues.
