Terms and Conditions


Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by WarpNode, LLC ("WarpNode", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Description of Services

WarpNode provides cloud-based infrastructure solutions, including but not limited to game server hosting, virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated servers, DDoS protection, domain services, software licensing, and technical support. These services are offered on a subscription basis and are subject to periodic updates, maintenance, and improvement.

Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be your responsibility.

Use of Services

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

  • Engage in abusive behavior, resource abuse, or actions that may disrupt the performance of our infrastructure or that of other clients.

  • Upload, transmit, or host malicious content including viruses, trojans, or phishing schemes.

  • Infringe on any intellectual property rights or distribute copyrighted material without authorization.

We reserve the right to investigate and suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The AUP outlines prohibited activities and enforces usage fairness. WarpNode strictly prohibits:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)

  • Hosting or distributing child exploitation material

  • Using the network for DoS/DDoS attacks

  • Running crypto mining operations without written authorization

  • Hosting hate speech, harassment, or threats of violence Violation of the AUP may result in service suspension or permanent termination without refund.

Service Availability and SLA

WarpNode endeavors to maintain 99.9% uptime across its infrastructure. However, services are provided "as is" and "as available." Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may lead to service interruptions. WarpNode will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any planned downtime.

Backups and Data Responsibility

While we may offer backup tools, the customer is solely responsible for maintaining backups of their data. WarpNode is not liable for any data loss due to user error, software malfunction, hardware failure, or acts of force majeure.

Billing and Payment

Services are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. Invoices must be paid on time to avoid service interruption. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services. WarpNode is not responsible for any loss due to account suspension from non-payment.

Termination of Services

WarpNode reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for:

  • Violating these Terms or the AUP

  • Non-payment

  • Fraudulent behavior

  • Threats or abusive language toward staff You may cancel your service at any time via your client area. No refunds will be issued beyond the conditions stated in our refund policy.

Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Once payment is completed, the amount you have selected will be credited to your account balance, enabling you to renew your services or place new orders.
